This is a excellent place to live. They have one of the best maintenance crew's around i personally couldn't ask for better. It's really a peaceful place to live everyone makes you feel welcomed. All buildings were INFESTED with brown recluse spiders, although the apartment complex denies being aware of any other units having them . Management picks and chooses which residents they favor, this lead to issues in maintenance, move out, and comfort. The gym equipment was poorly maintained and the hot tub was “closed for maintenance” for months. Amenities listed in the contract were taken away while living there / didn’t ever work, yet the rent price was not adjusted to reflect.
