The CNA do all the work and when the CNA arent around the nurses stand around and let the residents light blink for a long time till a CNA comes to take care of it. There was a resident who needed assistance in the restroom and the nurses let her sit on the toliet for about 30 minutes.

It is a great social atmosphere where you get to know the others in your community. The staff is very attentive and the community itself is small enough that you don't get lost. The apartment is close to everything! We can walk across the street to shop Dillon's, or jump over to Rock and have access to a bunch of other stores and restaurants. Above all my favorite part is how the tenants are treated.
Between the ever-expanding suburbs in the western reaches of the area, and the charming suburbs just near the river, West Wichita has something for everyone. There are restaurants aplenty, incredible country clubs, expansive parks, and great schools and universities. No matter where your dream apartment is, you can be in the center of the city in 15 minutes.
Our neighbors are very friendly and social. I plan on renewing my lease next year. If your looking for a great place to live pop by and check out this place.
This is a excellent place to live. They have one of the best maintenance crew's around i personally couldn't ask for better. It's really a peaceful place to live everyone makes you feel welcomed. We placed mom at Sandpiper Bay Health Care Center. The staff members really do a good job. It is average in size, like a hospital room, but it's clean.

All buildings were INFESTED with brown recluse spiders, although the apartment complex denies being aware of any other units having them . Management picks and chooses which residents they favor, this lead to issues in maintenance, move out, and comfort. The gym equipment was poorly maintained and the hot tub was “closed for maintenance” for months. Amenities listed in the contract were taken away while living there / didn’t ever work, yet the rent price was not adjusted to reflect.
